Peaceful country living 10 minutes from downtown Roswell, NM. This twenty-acre farm features 100s of pecan trees, grassy pastures, native flora, a pond, and an old stucco farmhouse sitting in the middle of it all. With the help of a Deere tractor, several equine friends (big and small), wild growth is kept under control. There's a good chance you'll see native fauna, from turtles and wild turkeys to dragonflies and great blue herons (depending on the season). Bring your binoculars!

We are conveniently located about halfway between downtown Ruidoso and Ski Run Rd. which takes you to Ski Apache. Elevation is 7000 ft, so it's a bit cooler here than down in the village.
