The best AirB&B we have stayed in thus far, and we have stayed in numerous ones throughout the world. They thought of absolutely everything one would need. We appreciated the "octopus" cables for electronic plug-ins. Great location, peaceful and quiet. Very accommodating for our moving van with a very large driveway, safe location with good security. We wish we could have stayed longer than one night. Enjoyed the porch with gliding Adirondack chairs to watch the thunderstorm. We have nothing but the highest recommendation for "The Hideaway". James home is BEAUTIFUL!! Everything you would need he has available for you. His outdoor patio is awesome!! so nice to have coffee and relax and look at the stars. Within walking distance to restaurants, bars, and small shops. Will definately stay there again when I come back to Marathon

This was our 3rd time to stay. This airbnb has been one of our favorites. It has everything you need, very clean and communication is amazing! It's our home away from home while in Lubbock. I hope we can stay again in the future.

Brett's place was in a great location and very easy to check in and check out. We immediately felt right at home, and the kids loved the backyard area. Every thing was nice and clean and Brett was very responsive. Highly recommend!

This is my third stay and I love it! The boxcar is adorable and well maintained. Becky is generous with snacks and drinks in the kitchen. Best of all is the opportunity to play with four very sweet dogs. I love Lucy, Teeny, Allie, and Poppy! I love the peace and quiet, the wide open space as seen from the patio, and the ever-changing big skies. I hope to return for a fourth visit.

I loved my stay here. Hosts are very responsive. Check in was easy and the home is beautiful and cozy. There are labels everywhere in the house which is very helpful. Good games are provided upstairs. The pots and pans are great quality. You have everything you need here. The beds were good, my sister said the upstairs loft bed was very comfortable. One of the downstairs bed was VERY firm BUT surprisingly did not give my dad any issues. He slept fine. The scenery is nice and we saw wild horses at the bottom of the hill every evening. We will definitely stay here again.

Whatever brings you to Lubbock, you couldn't find a better place than James's. I was in town for a week with work, and I so appreciated this quiet and perfectly appointed apartment to wind down and cook after work. The beds were also absolutely great. Slept like a baby all 7 nights. Will absolutely be staying here again the next time I'm in town.

We loved this location and property. The property is lovely and is in a great location. It is a nice walking distance to the local pizza and brewery and several other eateries. We were delighted all around. We would definitely stay again!

Excellent base camp between Midland and Big Bend. We fell in love with Reata Restaurant and we went for dinner all 3 nights of our stay. Highly recommend visiting Big Bend National Park as well as the scenic drive up north 118 through the Davis mountains. We had an amazing trip and a great stay in Alpine

Lizzy’s house had everything we needed. She anticipated all the little things we may have forgotten. The beds and furniture were very comfortable and there was plenty of hot water for 5 full showers.

Have been wanting to make the trip to Marfa for over a decade, and finally did it. The Level 2 EV charger on site was a real plus for me, and before we arrived Kathryn was able to confirm that the charger was working, which really put me at ease. Everything was exactly like the pictures and having great local dining like the Water Stop and Bordo close by was a HUGE plus!

We had a spring break staycation. This was a perfect home to host my out of town daughter, son-in-law, and their fur baby. The home is nicely furnished and had everything we needed. The home was very clean upon our arrival. It was an easy check in process and our host communicated with us very well. The home is close to a popular coffee spot and a nice bakery which is a bonus. We will book again as needed/available.
