The Liberty Suite at Johnson Acres

This adorable farmhouse experience is secluded but conveniently close to historic cities. Boasting in rustic charm, the upstairs of this barn has been renovated to include 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchen, and living room with a pull out sofa bed. The property features a vast open field, a private garden, fire pit, southern home, and animal pens housing goats and chickens. Breakfast items provided including farm fresh eggs and muscadine jelly from the garden! A truly wholesome southern experience.

Nature abounds getaway. Pets welcome. GA Natl fair

Come enjoy our 10 acres of peace and tranquility. Just 10 minutes from I-75 & a quick 12 min to the National Fairgrounds Agricultural center in Perry. We offer a discount for Fairground participants We’re also happy to work with your show schedule. A short 25 minute drive to Warner Robins AFB. And a great stopping point on your way back and forth to Florida. Sit outside for bird & deer watching, enjoy the chickens walking around, have a bonfire or use Hi speed internet throughout house.

Comfy 3 Bedroom Home Near I-75, close to RAFB!

Well-appointed 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home in Byron, GA on a quiet cul-de-sac! Pets stay free! Located just 19 minutes from RAFB, 12 minutes from Amazon, and 22 minutes from the GA National Fairgrounds - you can be close to it all! Don't worry about overpacking - we have provided shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryers, coffee and a few extras. Property equiped with a RING doorbell. Host's other listing in Byron is right across the street if you need 2 homes close by!

Country Life right outside city!

This is a non-smoking , NON party home located right outside the city. This ranch style home offers you many ways to relax without worrying about being too far away from civilization. Minutes away from shopping, dining, entertainment, and the Air Force Base. Midway between the larger cities of Atlanta and Valdosta and the smaller cities of Perry and Macon. Currently there is a restraunt being built nearby that may cause weekday daytime noise. Keyless entry/outdoor cam.

Classy Cottage in the Woods

8-Miles from I-75, close to Perry Fairgounds, WR Air Force Base, members of Pine Needles Golf Course and Cafe. Beautiful Classy Cottage with large front porch nestled in a tall pine woods on a 3 acre lot which is about 200 feet from our other property. Back porch is now a utility room; office, bedroom, nursery, storage, etc. Located 8 miles West of I-75 and 1/2 mile off of Highway 49. It is about 100 feet away from our other listing, "Cozy Cabin in the Woods" .

Our new construction 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment is perfectly located for your stay in Perry. Located less than one mile from Interstate 75, the apartment is two blocks to downtown and two miles to the Georgia National Fairgrounds & Agriculture Center. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom has two full beds to comfortably accommodate up to six people. The apartment has all new furnishings and is fully stocked for your stay.
