No children , no pets (we will be happy to tour guest friends and family upon request). 2 guest maximum.

Although you drive by the hosts home on the property to get to the RV, guests will have plenty of privacy during their stay.

More than adequate boat parking on property. The property has a 4 ft deep pool, outside patio, gas grill, bikes and a fire pit. Centrally located between both coasts, Legoland, Disney, Universal, and Westgate River Ranch.
