Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located guesthouse. 10 minutes from Downtown Bentonville, with easy access to Hwy 49, Sam’s Club, NWACC and all that NWA has to offer! This one bedroom includes a queen bed, with pack-n-play, a queen futon bed and small futon in the living room which allows 4 adults and 1 child to sleep comfortably. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. The Stauss House is close to local attractions and nightlife, but far enough away to be cozy. With town squares, bike trails, parks and plenty of restaurants nearby, there is something for everyone to enjoy. But should family night in be the plan, our spacious kitchen and living area make for a great experience. Combine that with a fenced in back yard, large back porch with a grill and hot tub, the whole family will be happy.

Welcome to our structural masonry guesthouse cottage in the heart of Downtown Bentonville. You'll feel like you're stepping back in time into a historic building made entirely out of brick, but our backyard cottage was completed in 2023 as a labor of love and hospitality. Enjoy direct access to Park Springs Park and trails at the end of the block, or a short walk/ride to the Downtown square. We live in the main house on the property, but designed the cottage to maximize guest privacy. Welcome!
