Brent & Jean's Grain Bin Inn (Barn)

This one bedroom Grain Bin converted to a tiny home in the heart of the Midwest, has all of the comforts of home! You have the entire bin to yourself, complete with a kitchenette, full bathroom. You will have to be able to climb stairs to get to the main bed, but there is a futon on the main level. The exterior faces the corral where our cattle and horse may sometimes be, and free range chickens that may roam toward you, especially if they think you have food. We may eventually add more animals!

This two bedroom, two bath, has been renovated to reflect the rough and tumble, primitive days in Hays City. With modern amenities such as, but not limited to, heated floors, air conditioning, walk in showers, a large antique soaking tub, coffee, king and queen beds. Historic photos and books make for an interesting stay!

The Sand Creek Ranch A-frame and Cabana is an updated secluded cottage + separate apartment suite (cabana) located just 5 miles from town, set on a knoll overlooking natural prairie grass with woods and creek behind. The upstairs loft houses the master bedroom with queen bed + full bath, while the main level below boasts an open layout (queen sofa and loveseat + full bath) with decks off all entries (1st and 2nd stories), allowing for wildlife observation and spectacular evening star-gazing.

Our place is great for FHSU parents traveling for Athletics, Alumni, Families and Travelers. Also enjoy Big Creek & an 18 hole disc golf course only a block away! The Space Small and charming 2 bedroom 1 bath cabin style house completely remodeled in 2016. Guest access Entire house. Other Notes Cabin has floor furnace and is not ideal for crawling toddlers.

Roku TV with Netflix and other apps included. This house is well stocked. This home sits on a large corner lot with a double car garage and large yard! Come stay in our 2 bed, one bath house. You will have the entire house to yourself, family friendly neighborhood, kids playground across the street! We are located three blocks off Hwy 4 in Claflin. Grocery store, and bar/grill uptown as well as a couple boutiques, and Millers of Claflin Furniture store. We are 5 miles from Cheyenne Bottoms. *** Pets are allowed with a fee of $40 per stay. Pick up after pets with bags provided ***No smoking indoors.
