Cottage on Lake Simcoe Amazing lake Views

Lovely, well maintained three bedroom, two bath cottage on a protected bay of Lake Simcoe. The cottage is located right on Lake Simcoe beside shared community park. cristal shallow water for Swim and kayak. The views are beautiful. With the property facing south enjoy plenty of sunshine from late morning to sunset. Great spot for winter fishing. Fully equipped kitchen Please note the water behind the backyard is shared by few neighbors and it’s not private , and the beach area is not private.

Serenity Now!

Fully winterized cottage on a flat property with a large grass lawn, a sandy beach and a long half covered, half open dock for deeper swimming and relaxing among the tranquil scenery. The cottage dock has perfect exposure and gets sun all day long - you can't beat those pristine sunset views. After the day is done, chill out in your hot tub on the deck year round and finish the night making s'mores outside over the fire pit. The cottage is just a 5-minute drive to Haliburton.

Our cozy cottage sits on a peaceful 65 acre private lot overlooking a pond. The perfect place to get away in a relaxing environment in nature. Castaway North Lodge is a clean, cozy and bright lake front cottage that is a perfect family getaway or couples retreat. We have a great hot tub overlooking the lake! Sun all day on the dock!
