Il centro del paese dista pochi minuti a piedi mentre 50 passi nella pineta priva di auto vi porteranno sotto il vostro ombrellone in riva al mare!

E' fornita di tutti i comfort e dispone di parcheggio privato incluso all'interno della proprietà.

Casa del Capitano | Monte Grosso, Elba

The Casa del Capitano is located on the top of Monte Grosso in the National park of the tuscan archipelago. The location is unique on the island and from here you have a fantastic view of the city of Portoferraio, Piombino, Corsica, Capraia and Gorgona. The house was restored during a project lasting several years, in close collaboration with the National Park and was designed to be self-sufficient and ecological. Here you use purely the energy of the sun, without having to renounce luxury.

La Torre sopra il mare

La Torre ist einer von zwei antiken Wachtürmen im wunderschönen Ort Marciana Marina. Der Turm wurde schon auf Karten des 16. Jahrhunderts als Torre di Poggio vermerkt und im 18. Jahrhundert als Zollstelle fuer die Handelsware von See umfunktioniert. Im Jahr 2023 wurde der Turm von einer Interior -Designerin umgebaut. Das Resultat ist eine Synergie aus antiken Resten und modernem Komfort. Die einzigartige Lage direkt über dem Wasser lassen jeden Aufenthalt zu einem Erlebnis werden.

Villa Issopo è situata in SPLENDIDA POSIZIONE PANORAMICA sull’estrema costa occidentale dell’isola d’Elba. Il mare è accessibile a piedi percorrendo un sentiero privato di circa 150 metri che parte dal giardino della casa. La struttura è una villa bifamiliare costituita da due appartamenti con accesso indipendente disposti esclusivamente sul piano terra. The villa built entirely of stone gives our guests a relaxing stay in complete privacy but also pleasant excursions in the surroundings and the sea. The pool water is heated IMPORTANT: it is heated in the mid-season periods 28° (May-June) (September-November) IMPORTANT: We are immersed in nature and in the woods so there are flying insects! Il Timo

Il Timo holiday home offers a fantastic veranda overlooking the sea. The 40 m2 structure consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a kitchen, a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower. It can therefore accommodate up to 3 people. It has private parking in front of the house. One pet is allowed. Additional amenities include air conditioning, Wi-Fi and TV.

Casa La Caletta

La Caletta house is suitable for couples and solitary adventurers. It is a small renovated farmhouse once used as a wine warehouse, with a breathtaking view of the sea to be admired from the two terraces ... one to the east for breakfast, the other to the west ideal for having an aperitif at sunset...
