The villa is situated on the top of a hill overlooking the Kambos valley and beach. It is at 6 kilometers from the main port of Skala, at 11 kilometres north of Chora, at 1.500 metres from the village of Kambos and at 800 meters downhill from the beach of Kambos. The long beach of Kambos is the busiest resort of Patmos. It is a beautiful beach, with clean, shallow waters and plenty of tree shade. There are also umbrellas and sun beds, water sports and beach restaurants.

Η πέτρινη κατοικία μας, βρίσκεται μόλις 1 χλμ από το λιμάνι και λιγότερο από 1 χλμ από το Ιερό Σπήλαιο της Αποκάλυψης του Αγίου Ιωάννη. Έχει θέα προς το Ικάριο πέλαγος με υπέροχα ηλιοβασιλέματα, αλλά και προς το λιμάνι της Σκάλας. Διαθέτει ιδιωτικό χώρο στάθμευσης και μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει από 3-6 άτομα. Περιλαμβάνει χώρο υποδοχής με καναπέ που γίνεται διπλό κρεββάτι, ενιαίο καθιστικό με πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, 2 υπνοδωμάτια και μπάνιο. Έχει A/C, WiFi, συνδρομητική TV και πλυντήριο ρούχων.

The ground floor has 1 bedroom with a private bathroom, a second bedroom and a bathroom.
