La Vista del Mar - The Nest

At La Vista del Mar we have two new units "The View" and "The Nest". Each accommodates two adults and if necessary arrangements can be made for a third person. The property and units were recently renovated and offer a quiet and relaxing setting right on the beach with private beach entrance and private beach shower. Relax in one of our lounge chairs on our patio, or lounge on the beach in one of our hammocks. At La Vista del Mar, we treat our guests with special care as evidenced by our reviews

Malecon Beach House, Steps to the Caribbean Ocean

Villa Pesquera is a beautiful beach and fishing area located on the Caribbean Sea in Patillas, PR. This popular location has resturants, kiosks, outdoor beach rentals, fresh fish and a nature reserve you can explore. The rental is for the first entire floor that contains 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, 1/2 outdoor bath, full kitchen, livingroom, gated parking for 1, an amazing backyard with outdoor fireplace, BBQ and private microbrewery. My wife and I live on the 2nd floor with our English Bull dog.

Slice of Paradise Ocean Beach Front in Barrio Bajo

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Walk out the back door and step into the ocean. Enjoy the backyard BBQ and swimming pool or just sit back and relax looking out at the beautiful ocean waves. Public beach is two block away, where the whole family can enjoy a variety of activities and some of the best Puerto Rican food. You can walk 2 house down Mar de la Traquilida and La Curvita del Bajo and enjoy music . They both serve excellent drinks and delicious food.

Esmeralda Beach House. Stunning View Private Pool.

Breathtaking views of the Caribbean this house is nestled between the Sea & Mountains on one of Puerto Rico most famous scenic drive. Close to several beaches & to seaside restaurants serving Puerto Rican specialties. Enjoy a dip in the sea, a walk on the beach, look for sea glass or cool off in the pool. CASA MIA: Beach house with 3 bed, 2 ba and a pool.

Completely remodeled beach house with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a pool. You will enjoy A/C in every room of the house. A gem in “La Esmeralda del Sur” in Patillas, Puerto Rico. Walking distance (5 minutes) to Playa Inches. This beautiful and unique beach is very frequented by surfers. Near the beach, there are grocery stores and restaurants where you can enjoy tasty fried foods and succulent dishes.
