We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house! Tom & Bous our hosts were also incredibly helpful and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The house is located in a small and quiet soi, with plenty of space to relax and unwind. The pool is absolutely fantastic, with our own little bbq place which we used every day! The location is easy to get around in the area, with plenty of nearby restaurants and beaches and beautiful temples. Also a 7/11 and a well stocked pharmacy are just a few minutes drive. We would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway. We will be back soon!

Jolie maison, bien entretenue dans un cadre paradisiaque de verdure et entouré de chants d’oiseaux, remerciements à Alex notre ( voisin) pour son accueil et ses conseils sur les lieux à fréquenter. Petit bémol ! Il faut rectifier l’annonce concernant la piscine, qui est située à l extérieur du lotissement, dans une enceinte qui elle est très mal entretenue et très vieillissante !! Et de plus l’accès et y payante 100 baht par jour et par personne !?

Nong and Tom’s place is as special, as they are! It is right on the beach, surrounded by a lot of coconut trees plus other tropical trees. The water was clear and refreshing. I usually felt a cool breeze in the evening. The moon and stars were bright. The air is fresh, away from large cities and towns, yet close to the next village with a fair sized morning market. You have to go to Chumphon, the larger city about 20 minutes drive, for souvenirs and more diverse food. The one room bungalow is very basic with the bathroom a step down into a separate room. You hear geckos all over, which makes it fun if you like nature. The sound of cicadas in the trees was especially pleasant for me. Snorkeling is great there because the area is not touristy, so the coral is not very disturbed, which allowed the diversity of fish, plants, and biological organism species to be greater. Nong was so helpful, setting us up with directions to mosque, markets, and arranging car rental and van back to Phuket.

Very good place for relax for every moment , good view and Romantic place , and good for relax with family , nice , clean , good food with good price, and good jacuzzi , it really very perfect chilling relax place number 1 in chumphon , we are want to be back again and again , and this time very lucky we get Celebrated Christmas here because all the time we were looking for a room reservation there and it was not available and the house manager was very kind.❤️ we are love there

Staying in Holgers house was wonderful. If you want to be away from the tourist places this is for you, however if you need to have lots of things going on every day, you might want to choose another place. This is for those who like to be in a natural setting with a sense of serenity. Nearby lives a couple, Edi and Linchy. And they will be very hospitable and help you with any questions you might have and possibly even take you on trips if they have time and if you wish so. They showed us a lot of places in the vicinity and were welcoming beyond expectations. The pool is quite large for a private house and we spent many hours inside the pool almost every day as you can actually really swim in there, it's not just for having a dip. The place might be a bit hard to find at first, so get in contact with Holger before your arrival so they can arrange for your arrival.

Wir waren für 6 Nächte hier in der Unterkunft von Chiara. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir haben chumphon mit dem Roller erkundet und wir werden definitiv wieder kommen. Zum Meer fährt man mit dem Roller ca 3 Minuten. Chiara und ihr Mann waren sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Die kleine Küche hat alles was man braucht um sich mal was schnelles zu kochen. Und die Betten waren sehr bequem. Die Vorhänge haben auch gut abgedunkelt.

This is genuinely a good airbnb. The finishes are top notch, and the building quality is of a high "western" standard. Zero slopiness there. The layout of the airbnb is done pretty nicely, in our case we had three parties staying there, and we did have a fair bit of privacy whilst enjoying each others company. It does come with a washing machine and a dryer, so you can easily clean your wardrobe. For future reference, I think a small music box would enhance the airbnb. Since the airbnb is surrounded by nature, on a few evenings we had a few mosquitos, but nothing bad or horrific. The location is a 15-minute walk to the beach, or rent scooters (300 Baht/day from the Airbnb, 250 Baht/day locally) for more convenience(!) The transportation options through the Airbnb are expensive (there are cheaper options from competitors within same category), and the host can be a tad slow to respond. Overall, it’s a lovely place to stay, and I’d return. Chumphon is less touristy but beautiful.
