Maori Point cottage is nestled in our vineyard, 30km from Wanaka , with spectacular mountain views and access to the Clutha riverbank for walks or picnics. Warm in winter with underfloor heating and fireplace, the living areas include a full cook's kitchen which opens onto a verandah, lawn & native garden. The large upstairs bedroom has king bed and mountain views, downstairs bedroom has a queen bed with garden outlook. A quiet peaceful environment, and a good base for exploring.

This unique place has a style all its own. Come and enjoy some peace and quiet admiring the outstanding views of Mount Benger in your own wood stoked stainless steel hot tub. The hot tub will be filled with fresh water and heated on request. There are several outstanding cafes locally along with the beautiful Clutha Gold Cycle trail. Lovely Historic School, Karitane

Our unique stand alone studio is a small, historic, renovated school about 30km north of Dunedin and close to the village of Karitane. The school has everything you need for a warm, comfortable stay. There books and games for your use. We live in a repurposed sheep shearing shed nearby and both buildings are surrounded by extensive gardens and plantings. There are panoramic views of the very picturesque coast line and out to sea. It is very peaceful and private.
