The area is still very much a rural farming area and a foodies delight with many pick your own fields,farmers markets, farm stands, wineries, horse, buffalo, and goat farms and even a potato vodka distillery and tasting room! Quaint Cottage on Long Island's South Shore.

The Cottage is a lovely space enclosed in hedges for privacy on a one acre property. I do have 3 dogs, they are kept in a separate gated area on the property. The cottage is located 3 miles from downtown Patchogue which is enjoying a renaissance. There are many restaurants and cultural activities as well as ferry access to Fire Island (Davis Park) in the warmer weather. We are also the "Gateway" to The Hamptons.

The Unhampton

This Brookhaven Hamlet detached space (totally separate) is for people who love nature and preserved quiet spaces. Fire Island is a ferry ride away, Manhattan is one hour by train and the Hamptons are a 25 minute ride.15 minutes from the restaurants and coffee shops in Patchogue and just a couple of minutes from Bellport Village. Centrally located and truly peaceful!
