An affordable place to spend the night with a fantastic beach view. Sir Ramon was very accommodating and took care of us.

i love the place! clean bathroom, spacious room for groupies. easy to communicate with Ma'am Chareeze Mae. even we went during the typhoon, we are very safe and reassured to us our safety in the location. we also borrowed some kitchen utensils. i recommend thus place and will come back here when we visit Pagudpod again.

Delias homestay is a good choice for a big family. The place is not beach front but very close to the beach. Just a 30 sec. walk. There are a lot of stores nearby. Delia was very responsive and Amalia was always there to take care of our needs. The house has a stable Wifi, Netflix capable TV and parking. Could have been better: -The house needs renovation, this will make the stay much better. Kitchen, the ceilings, doors. -A microwave oven would be great. -Foam for the wooded chairs/sofa. Uncomfortable for sitting. Otherwise, the stay was great! I recommend her place to a big group traveling to Pagudpud.

Super recommended 👌 very accomodating yung care taker, super linis ng room pati common area, ang ganda ng beach, and true to description na beachfront talaga. if merong rating na 10000000/10 yun yung place na to. Kasi they even allowed us to stay in the Kubo during the sunset, and inallow din kami to cook our samgyup na baon there. Super recommended talaga ng place na to. Babalik kami. promise 😊

Jan's place is a slice of paradise on earth! It's about 1 minute walk away from the clear turquoise water of Saud Beach. My family enjoyed staying at her place although it rained most of the time we were there. Her caretaker Divine and Joy was always happy to help and answer our questions. Jan is very responsive for any questions we had. She even gave us Chooks chicken and some fruit gelatin salad for New Years Eve. We'll definitely stay at her place again the next time we're back in Pagudpud!

Ms. Joy made their guest special and well accepted. The rooms are spacious. Although a bit old for the rooms, but even so it was clean and homey. Internet is great. You can even still be connected even if youre in the beach area. We had an incredible stay. This place is best for people who wants exclusivity.

The house is literally a couple of minutes away from the beach!. The host was very helpful 😊

It was our 2nd time to stay in there, first time was almost 10yrs ago and it did not dissapoint us. The house is still cozy and clean with complete amenities. They even have a genset which was of great help coz there was a power interruption during our last night for more than an hour and we still enjoyed the aircon and tv. There are back up solar lights as well. The owner anticipates all possible issues that may arise and ensures that they have back up plans to make the guests comfortable and satisfied. Good water supply, they have electric motor pump. Bathroom has water heater. Complete kitchen items. It was like home away from home. Very near the beach, just a few meters away. The owner is very accomodating and kind. Overall rating, 10/10.
