Private and Cozy Studio

Our private studio is great for couples or single professionals who need a quiet place to work. Studio is furnished with one Queen bed and a two twin beds (trundle bed comes from underneath the twin bed in the picture. Private bathroom and access to our backyard, some guests have used it for Yoga, Meditation and for their kids to run around 10 minute drive to downtown and/or main beaches. Private parking space included for one vehicle. Only minutes from hiking trails, UCSB, Beach, etc.

This is a very whimsical award winning house by Jeff Shelton - on the architect's tour. Two bedrooms with sinks on the first floor (Lobster Studios) and ONE private ADA bathroom offer a unique hotel experience right downtown plus a very fun place to stay for a family of 4 or two couples. You have the whole fountain courtyard for your private outside lounging and entertainment (lit up magically at night). Note: Microwave, Toaster , coffee maker, washer dryer, refrigerator, NO FULL KITCHEN.

Stylish and centrally-located House. Our house is located few blocks from down town and Santa Barbara Beach. We have a two spacious bedroom and two full baths in a house surrounded by outdoor patio with private off street parking. We have put a lot of love in making this hose available for you. This lovely 1 bed/ 1.5 bath townhouse is located in the heart of the Santa Barbara West Beach waterfront district. It is part of a luxurious five-unit development that was recognized as "Project of the Year" by the National Assoc. of Homebuilders. This property boasts 2 levels, deluxe master bedroom/bathroom/patio is situated on the first level, and the living room/kitchen/ half bath/balcony on the 2nd level. Quiet and private. If this unit is occupied we can refer you to our sister property.

Boho Hacienda with backyard - pet friendly!

This dreamy, boho Spanish-style house is perfectly located just 1 mile from State Street and the beach. The unit is on a duplex with a private entrance, gated backyard with a bbq and gorgeous dining area, full kitchen, and beautifully remodeled bathroom. The bright and airy bedroom features a queen sized bed and dedicated workspace. The couch in the living room can be converted to a full-sized bed. Pet friendly ($20 per pet per night!) 1 off street parking space is available in the driveway.

Lovely 2Bedroom Downtown

Peaceful house located blocks away from downtown Santa Barbara. Parking space and a quiet neighborhood. Excellent for a nice getaway to Santa Barbara. The city is planning on doing some king of street maintenance during september to novemeber, they have not given any exact dates. Looks like phase 2 will require street closure. As of this time 9/5 nothings started yet but theyve started leaving these notices around. Going to include a transcript of the notice in another section.

Mama Dux - A Sumptuous Urban Sanctuary

Sweet cocoon in the heart of fun, steps to beach, Funk Zone and restaurants. Mama Dux is on the ground floor with large private patio, fenced deck, large bedroom with king bed, attached living room with comfortable couch bed, a fully stocked kitchen, 2 HDTVs, High Speed WiFI, washer, dryer, bathroom with shower that has incredible pressure, AC, Heater, on-site free parking for one car. The apartment covers 630 square feet (60 square meters).

We have two other units on the property and the guest love the location and easy access to the South and North bound 101 Freeway.
