Theater Themed House w/ Hottub

Guest home located above the detached garage further back on our property. It sits on an acre where guests are free to use the yard, fire pit, barbecue & play equipment. The main home is also an Airbnb with only yard shared. It is a studio apartment with a private entrance to the property. The living and sleeping area, as well as the kitchen are all connected. Great walk in shower as well as full size deck for your relaxation and watching the beautiful sunsets we have here in the Tri-Cities.

Newly renovated 2 level townhouse. Downstairs features an open concept living & dining room, kitchen, half bath, & outdoor deck with patio dining table & bbq. The gourmet kitchen has all the amenities including a wine fridge, induction cook top, & double ovens. Sectional converts to a queen bed. Upstairs you will find a master bedroom with king bed and master bath, a guest suite with queen bed & full bath, & decks off each room. Walking distance to golf, Columbia River, & 5 restaurants!

Located near the Columbia River where you can find walking paths, playgrounds, tennis courts & a boat ramp. Our home sleeps 8 w/1 king bedroom & 3 queen bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, hardwood floors, granite counters, stainless steel appliances & french doors leading out to the covered deck to enjoy your morning coffee. This great location is within walking distance of restaurants, shopping & Starbucks. This is a duplex with a large main floor home with a separate apartment on the lower level.

The Cottonwood Cottage is a modern, cheerful, family friendly, pet friendly home, ready to delight our guests. The kitchen has every amenity needed for cooking simple or gourmet meals. It is open to the living room so guests can be in the same space during meal preparations. The primary bedroom has an attached bath. The shady, fenced back yard is ideal for relaxing and outdoor dining, with a covered patio and patio table and chairs.
