This home is perfect for professionals! One bedroom (not the en-suite) can be set up as two separate single beds or together as a king. Just let us know your preference. You’ll have access to the entire house, including the two-car garage, fenced backyard, and all the cozy living spaces. Spend your evening having a backyard BBQ or taking a leisurely walk around the neighborhood. Guests consistently comment on the comfortable beds, featuring Egyptian cotton sheets for a truly restful night.

The K7 Depot Cabin sits directly next to a large body of water. Conveniently located 10 miles from Pittsburg and 30 miles from Joplin. THREE GUESTS MAX NO OUTSIDE GUESTS The Cabin sits approximately 100 feet from a short line railroad track. A very small train comes through an average of 2 times a day, 1 being in the middle of the night. Usually no train on Saturdays or Sundays. If you stand on the porch you might be able to get the conductor to honk his horn at you! Bank fishing is allowed

There is plenty of parking with one covered parking spot. Smart tv and Wi-fi is included with your stay. This stay is not ADA compliant as there is a small bathroom and stairs to enter. This property is non smoking, this includes the property not just the house.
