For evening, 2 king size beds and 3 bathrooms with fitted wardrobes provide relaxation, comfort and welcome organization. The top floor loft has a bar area, tv and a comfortable sofa for quiet time.

Authentic family house set in a beautiful estate in the Setubal wine region and by Arrabida National Park. This character home is the place to enjoy tranquility & nature in style. The charming big pool has its separate grounds. Enjoy walking by the vineyards, the fruit forest or by the centennial olive trees. A spacious, comfortable and owner-managed hidden gem, 35km south of Lisbon. From the house, you'll be a 10-20 min drive away to a lively village centre or prestine Atlantic beaches.

The house has two floors. On the lower floor, there is a living room and dining area. We have a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, induction stovetop, microwave, kettle, toaster, and Nespresso coffee maker. There is also an adjoining room with an American-style refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer. There is also a toilet on this floor. On the upper floor, there are three bedrooms and one full bathroom with a shower. The house has 90m2 (45m2 per floor) and a 340m2 garden.

The "Casa da Vela" vila is situated on a cliff in the natural reserve of Arrabida with breathtaking views overlooking the bay, walking distance of the Portinho da Arrabida port and a short ride to Azeitao & Setubal. The pool is next to the sea, but 60m higher on a cliff. The garden is huge with beautiful plants. Everything is completely private. Our house guard comes every day to check on you and the house. Alpertuche beach is 5’ walking, restaurants 15’ walk and Lisbon airport 50’ drive.
