The peaceful house with a beautiful lake

My place has 160 acres farm land, it's so round by trees, it's very close to Wabamun Lake and provincial park, also just beside Alberta beach Rd. It locates at Range Rd 32-33, by the high way 16 West. You’ll love my place because of the kitchen, BBQ or cooking outside, the cosiness, the views, and the location. you will see lots wild life, the birds, Canadian goose, squirrel, rabbit, deers, even moose. This place is very good for kids and couples, who like activities and also enjoy the peace.

Beautiful 2 bedroom cabin with 8 person hot tub

This beautiful 2 bedroom fully furnished cedar cabin with 8 person hot tub is a block off of Lake Isle and is only 45 minutes from the west end of Edmonton. If you are a fisherman wanting access to 2 other lakes (Wabaman and Lac St. Anne) that are within minutes of Lake Isle, or an avid golfer (Silver Sands Golf Resort is only 3 minutes away and 5 other top notch golf courses are within 15-30 minutes, or you are just looking for a place to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet, this is the place.

Enjoy this recently built basement unit. With a huge kitchen, and all amenities and appliances to make this your home. Be delighted by the beautiful trails leading to a bird-watching experience and reconnect with nature. Easy and short driving distance from local strip mall with local restaurants, West Edmonton Mall, St Albert botanic garden and fenced dog parks. 30 minutes drive from UofA Botanical Garden, 45 min Elk Island park, and 3 hrs from the rocky mountains.

Cozy Cove

Newly decorated, comfortable, and clean basement suite. Newer house, with private entrance and dedicated laundry. Located on the North West side of Spruce Grove making commuting any where a breeze. Price based on double occupancy, but can accommodate up to 4. Parking pad at back of house for convenience. Please keep in mind this is a basement suite, so there is stairs to get in and out of the suite. Absolutely no smoking of any kind is permitted in the suite.

Stay in the country; This suite is located amongst beautiful, quiet, peaceful greenspaces. your choice of interaction or privacy is at your discretion.
