Over 25 wineries and distilleries within 15 minutes and endless local attractions nearby. Close to Highway 46 East for easy access. The master BDR has views and the 2nd BDR features a trundle bed.

You also can take a short hike or drive to the top of the property and enjoy an ocean view all to yourself!

Secluded Ranch Tiny Home

Nestled in the hills of San Miguel and surrounded by oak trees, this tiny home is located on the Hogeland Family Ranch. It is tucked away in its own private corner of the 300+ acre ranch. This 400 sq ft, open floor plan tiny house is completely off-grid. It uses solar electricity and propane for heat. It is dog friendly (please no cats), and horse boarding is available. Hiking and trail rides are also available. If you like wine tasting, we are located very near the local wine trails.
