Get comfortable and enjoy this spacious studio. The space is perfect for a couple, which a comfy king bed and en- suite bathroom. Close to Arts Loi metro and Madou station. Near Ambiorix Square, the Royal Park and to European Commission. The studio is at the bottom floor of our renovated 1800s house. The bottom floor used to be an ‘Librairie’ but now converted to a studio. Note that we provide a coffee machine, kettle and mini fridge, but there is no actual kitchen for cooking in the studio.

The 60 sq. m. apartment occupies the top floor and provides complete privacy, comfort and independence; the staircase being the only space shared with the hosts (including 3 friendly felines). Car parking easily found. French, English, Spanish, Italian and Scandinavian spoken by hosts and cats :-)

Dear visitor We put at your disposal a fully furnished apartment in the heart of Brussels. Nearby the EU Commission in the nice neighborhood of Schuman. As this lovely apartment is on the highest floor of our old typical renovated Brussels’ mansion, please note that there are quite some stairs to reach it. Avoid heavy luggage. Please note that the apartment is for maximum 2 persons We, as a family live on the lowest floors, easily at your disposal in case of questions or recommendations.

Welcome to my cosy unique bright home, with astonishing view, a terrace and a balcony. You will be able to spend your alone time in my apartment when I am not there, meaning you will have the entire place for yourself. HOWEVER, my CAT Charlie is staying in the apartment as well, which means you might need to give him food here and there. The apartment is very well located, close to the EU institutions and a walking distance from the city center.

L’appartement est situé dans le quartier bien connu du Parc du Cinquantenaire, très proche du quartier de l'UE. Le quartier est vraiment très confortable et très vivant, vous avez de nombreux magasins et supermarchés, restaurants, pharmacie et blanchisserie. Vous êtes très proche des transports: ligne 1 et 5 pour le metro et puis le bus et le tram. Vous êtes à 10 min du centre-ville et 20 min de l’aéroport.
