Peony house

Peony's house is located by the Valti coast, in Sykia. It's land plot is 500m² and it's 93m away from the sea. The house has living room, kitchen, one WC and two rooms, one with double bed and the other with two separate single beds with the ability to add one children's playpen bed. In the living room the sofa becomes bed too. The kitchen is fully equipped (with one big refrigerator, electric stove, toaster, coffee machine and electric kettle). It also has a big front porch and a big green yard with barbecue and one traditional wood oven. Except from the sandy Valti's beach, only a few minutes away with your car you can enjoy all the beautiful Sykia's beaches such as Tourkolimnionas, Klimataria, Tigania, Kriaritsi, Agridia, Tranos Agios Nicholaos, Kavourotripes etc.

Nika's home

The apartment is part of a residence complex of 6 apartments and is located in the settlement of Agios Nikolaos. It’s the middle right apartment. There is a cozy living room equipped with a smart TV and an air conditioner. There is also a fully equipped kitchen. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The visitors can enjoy the view from the balcony or have a barbeque in the front yard. You can access the central square of the village by foot in three minutes,where you can find all kinds of shops.

Το Studio Filio είναι μια πολυτελή κατοικία στα 150 μέτρα από την θάλασσα Βαλτί, στη Σιθωνία Χαλκιδικής. Περιβάλλεται από πράσινο και η παραλία έχει μαγευτική θέα το όρος Άθως. Αναπαλαιώσαμε μία οικογενειακή οικία του 1955 και συζεύξαμε το τοπικό, παραδοσιακό στοιχείο με το μοντέρνο τρόπο ζωής. Το κτήμα βρίσκεται σε ένα λόφο απέναντι απ'το Βυζαντινό κάστρο της Τορώνης και την φημισμένη της ακτή. Η βίλα προσφέρει απεριόριστη θέα σε θάλασσα και βουνό. Παρέχει ένα καταπράσινο χώρο 500 τ.μ., με έναν κατάλληλα διαμορφωμένο χώρο για πραγματική ξεκούραση. Είμαστε η Έφη και η Νατάσα. Οι γονείς μας, Ελευθέριος και Μαρία, (από όπου προέρχεται και το όνομα EleMar ), αγάπησαν βαθιά αυτό το μέρος . Μια αγάπη που κατάφεραν να την μεταδώσουν και σε εμάς. Ετσι δημιουργήσαμε το ΕleMar Home με σεβασμό στο περιβάλλον και την ελάχιστη όπως θα διαπιστώσετε ανθρώπινη παρέμβαση. Μπορείς να απολαύσεις το ρόφημα ή το γεύμα σου κάτω από τη σκιά των δέντρων, παρέα με το κελάηδισμα των πουλιών. Η τοποθεσία συνδυάζει βουνό, θάλασσα και πολύ πράσινο.
