Whether it be fishing, lapping up the sun on the beach or working out of town from home in a beautiful sunny location. The Sugarshack has got you covered!

Walk two minutes to the beach and Marine Parade walk and bike way. The guest suite is on the downstairs floor and is very private. We are right on Moa park with your own gate. Off-street parking is available. Close to central parade and the Mount attractions, this is a beautiful guest suite by the beach!

Fitted out with all new items, we haven’t spared any expense to ensure you won’t be disappointed with your stay.

Gorgeous Mount Beach Cottage - 3min walk to surf

One bedroom beach cottage. 1 min walk to the park, 3 min to surf beach and boardwalk, 10 min walk to supermarket, restaurants and cafes. Park the car, and chill out in the centrally located cottage. Smart TV, large modern bathroom and super comfy bed. Please note that the kitchenette includes airfryer / microwave / toaster. Please note the cottage is at the back of the property, facing the rear of the main house which is tenanted.
