I absolutely loved staying in this cottage. A perfect spot if you want to be in nature but close to the city and shops. We loved kayaking on the river. I highly recommend this place. I will be back. Beautiful and quiet too 😊

Lovely place to stay. We felt very welcome and our dog had a great time too. We had everything we needed and enjoyed the location being only a few minutes drive to Tauranga or the Mount. Kaz was very helpful with local recommendations and was very friendly and accommodating.

I was looking for a place closeby to the beach and this worked perfectly. The place is closer to the road and easy to find. Crystal was responsive and had easy instructions on checkin etc. The room was comfortable and i had a pleasant two days. Ideal for a family or a solo traveller like myself to wind down after a day at the beach! thank you crystal!

Sharlene’s place was well equipped and very clean. Upon checkin there was some milk, cereal, bread and spreads which was greatly appreciated. All the beds are comfortable and there’s a very functional kitchen. Sharlene herself as a host is also very kind even helping us get on top of our pile of washing when there was wet weather. I will mention for other travellers that the window coverings keep out very minimal light so if you’re a light sleeper or will be adjusting to new timezones an eye mask would be good. We had portable black out blinds with us but not enough for both bedrooms. Would definitely stay here again

La "cabane" au fond du jardin est parfaite pour séjourner à Tauranga. il ne manque rien, il y a même une piscine. La maison est proche du Mt Maunganui et de la très belle plage. Tout était parfait, nous recommandons fortement cette belle adresse.

A wonderful spot for families! Feed the chickens, a very cool Stage, kids just loved the loft and bunk beds. We would love to return one day.

The cottage was a nice stay for the night as we were passing through. It offered everything we needed and Rochelle was very helpful and prompt with instructions. Would recommend if staying in the area.

Awesome unit to stay in. Quiet surroundings, nice big outside spa. Walkable to shops, restaurants and bars. Never seen the owners but they were around if we needed anything. Definetly recommend this place.

Couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend our daughter’s first birthday. The place was perfect for our little family of four & our kids loved the friendly pets that visited every now & then. Loved that the town, shops & beach were all super close. The place itself was cosy & clean, we really felt like at home. Awesome hosts & an even better airbnb. 5 stars all round 🙂

This is overall one of my favourite places I’ve stayed in, although it wasn’t the greatest view or by the best amenities that we got to try ourselves highly recommend this place, absolutely fell in love with the interior design, felt so comfortable, kept telling my partner. I wish we could live here. It was so cute.!!

We had an amazing stay! The host went above and beyond to make us feel welcome — incredibly kind, caring, amazing baker! and accommodating, especially when my partner unexpectedly got sick and had to leave early. Communication was super easy from start to finish. The location itself is absolutely stunning, peaceful, and totally private — perfect for a romantic getaway. We’re already looking forward to coming back! this is a must stay in our books and recommend it to anyone wanting a break from life.

We really enjoyed our stay at Emma & Andy’s place. A perfect distance from Tauranga and The Mount, while still being secluded and surrounded by nature. Our little one loved the sheep, dogs and horse! Great value for such a lovely spot.

I had a lovely stay at Katherine’s Airbnb. The one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment was exceptionally clean and comfortable, with a private entrance. While the temporary scaffolding over the entrance made access a little tricky, it didn’t affect my stay. The fully equipped modern kitchen was a standout feature, making it easy to prepare everyday meals. The apartment also offered a great space for family to visit and relax, which made my stay an even more enjoyable experience. There was plenty of room - in a comfortable setting - to sit, chat, and host family meals - several times during my visit! Unfortunately, traffic noise during the day was noticeable and especially distracting when sitting outside. Katherine was an excellent host, going above and beyond by allowing me to use her private laundry room. Overall, a great place to stay—clean, well-equipped, and with a welcoming host. I would definitely recommend it!

Had a nice little getaway spent in this lovely accommodation. I loved the spacious rooms and the warm cozy couches ! I also enjoyed the independent living situation this lovely accommodation provides (i.e a wash house washer/dryer, dish washer, oven/stove top ect). Definitely recommend this bnb! 10/10!

It was very nice and comfortable. The hosts were so kind and respectful and even though my friends were loud they were still respectful about talking to me about it and they were so lovely for putting up with us lol. Thank you!

Stayed at this place in Jan2024! The house is amazing , very accessible, clean, walking distance to beach and town. The host had the house really well stocked and she was easy to contact. The pool is excellent especially if you have kids. I would highly recommend this place, it is good value for money.

Jan and Dan are personable, kind, and went out of their way to show hospitality to us on our 20th anniversary getaway. Loved the time!

Have stayed before so know what to expect.Great welcoming hosts. Even organized Avocados for us. Beautiful quiet setting in an orchard. Lovely house....beautiful landscaped courtyard with seating to relax...all.private. We will always try and stay here for all.our trips to see family in Tauranga.
