We had a good stay in boutique house. The only thing is there is a stinky smell from one of the room that we don’t know from where it’s coming from. And the pool is kinda cloudy, we felt like it is not clean however the caretaker assures us that they change the water every 3 months. The caretaker is always available which is good and the ambiance is so homey.

We enjoyed our stay at this place. The property is easy to locate. It is so spacious for our family of 6. Has complete amenities and kitchen tools that we were able to use. The rooms are spacious and clean.

The hosts were accommodating, gave clear instructions on going to the location, recommended places to go like malls and restos nearby. They made us feel like their place is our home too by constantly checking on us if we have any concerns or needs; They even surprised us with a welcome buko pie which is famous in Tagaytay. The rooms were cozy, the kitchen and dining was so spacious , bathrooms and other rooms were clean, the heated pool brought warmth to the kids while enjoying swimming and the basketball court was big as well where we had fun playing. Overall, our stay in their home was a wonderful experience despite of our short stay. I recommend this place because it is worth staying. Thank you!

This is my second time to stay here in this airbnb. The reason we booked it for the 2nd time was because we were amazed of how it looked the first time we visited, which was during Christmas season. The rooms were spacious, the kitchen and living room has all the amenities you will need, and the pool is cool for summer getaways. The caretakers are also very kind and attentive. Definitely, will come back again.

Die Unterkunft ist optimal geeignet, um mit einer philippinischen Familie eine schöne und erholsame Zeit zu verbringen. Urlauber, die hingegen eine Unterkunft mit vorwiegend europäischen Annehmlichkeiten erwarten, werden vermutlich eher enttäuscht sein. Meine Familie sowie die Familien der Geschwister meiner Frau hatten eine wundervolle Zeit und die Kinder hatten jede Menge Spaß im Pool. Einige Bereiche könnten zwar noch die ein oder andere Modernisierung vertragen (Küche), aber ansonsten ist die Unterkunft geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet viel Platz zum Entspannen. Für Aufenthalte mit größeren Familien eine ganz klare Empfehlung unsererseits.

My family and I had a great time staying at One Pomelo Casitas! The location is convenient—just about 20 minutes after CALAX. We're from QC and left around 11 AM to account for traffic, but to our surprise, we arrived a little past 12 noon! We did have to wait a bit for the caretaker to finish cleaning since the previous guests had just checked out. Overall, we’re definitely planning to come back. We just hope they consider adding a common CR so we don’t have to enter the room every time (and get the floors wet), and maybe check the refrigerator—it’s spacious but didn’t seem to get cold enough. Still, it was definitely worth the price. Thank you!

Miss Alma was very responsive and welcoming. We had a wonderful stay. The children enjoyed the pool and even us, adults. It’s very cozy, really feels like home.

The host and caretakers were amazing, super friendly, responsive, and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The amenities were great, everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully prepared. Our family and friends had such a great time—everyone felt so at ease and truly enjoyed every moment. We had a wonderful stay at Prim Rose's place! The place was spotless, beautiful, and it feels very homey. Prim Rose was very responsive and provided helpful and thorough instructions. The check-in and check-out were very smooth. We would definitely stay here again!

The place is very beautiful! All amenities in the listing were provided. The place was very clean as well! The caretakers of the home were very responsive. Additionally , the address provided is accurate so we were able to arrive at the destination without any hassle. The wifi is fast even though there are multiple gadgets connected. Also, water flow is strong. However, one improvement might be the electricity. Sometimes, it fluctuates. I believe the caretakers mentioned that they are using solar power also, which is good, but maybe some workaround is good. The fluctuation is unnoticeable at times but happens several times a day. As recommendations, hoping that the mic gets fixed so we get a higher score haha! Also, if possible that the jacuzzi will have heater. Overall, the place is still 5 stars!

We stayed with my friends last May 18-19 and we had a great vacation, the place is peaceful where you can really relax, the house is unique and clean, the kitchen amenities is awesome and complete, the pool is great, the bed is big. We spent Christmas here and it was wonderful through and through. It was clean and spacious - a treat to have found it a few days before Christmas eve. The old world charm was relaxing and nostalgic, and the host and caretaker's service and responsiveness were excellent. Already making plans to go back! Place is very convinient since its near the gate, you'll never get lost.Just beside The Mills where you can do a lot of activities. Near nuvali and carmelray business park, i enjoyed jogging in morning and walking with my daughter in afternoon. Big place with a quiet neighborhood.

The place is very accessible. Self check in was smooth. The place was in great condition when we arrived. Clean and very comfortable. Wifi is lightning fast kahit marami kami. Malamig sa place. We had a great time.

This listing is fantastic. It had everything we needed. It is also very spacious. The rooms comfortably allow 22 pax sleeping on comfortable bed spaces unlike other listings where they say it accommodates more but means some of the guests need to sleep on sofa beds or mattresses. The common areas can accommodate 2x of our group size of 19 so there's a lot of room for everybody. The kitchen and amenities are all complete. There's a lot of pocket spaces / lounge as well which can accommodate smaller groups. Parking space is also ample and can fit I think almost 8 cars in total so there's really plenty of room for everyone. It's amazing and I can't wait to have something to celebrate so I have an excuse of going back again. I think it's worth it for the price honestly. Similar listings are priced exorbitantly high. Melanie's place is worth every peso we spent. I already had at least 5 friends asking for the AirBnB link!

The area is spacious to accommodate our family, parking for our cars, the kids can run at the yard, the kitchen has all the things we needed, staffs are helpful and easy to reach, price is very good considering the place is really big! The jacuzzi is perfect we stayed at the pool till 3am because of this. Thank you alex💖

Great Location: We like the location of Lili’s unit. Easily located by a private car & public transportation is available too. Close to the market and shops. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. Aesthetically Pleasing Residence: Lili’s unit is comfortable and homely. The house is sturdy & the layout is well-designed. It is spacious & inviting as it has plenty of natural light. The furnitures & appliances are all great, as everything you needed are all there. We are impressed by the stylish decors & thoughtful amenities. We really adore the skylight roofing & the patio is incredibly tranquil. WFH-Friendly: The Wi-Fi is fast & reliable. There is a dedicated workspace that made easy to get work done. Host’s Hospitality: Lili is an outstanding host. She is quick to respond & ensures that we had everything we needed. Her instructions & reminders are detailed and complete. Our stay at Ms. Ana’s place was wonderful!
