Emerald Seascape is a dog friendly direct gulf front 4 bdrm/4 bath townhome with 2 gulf front decks including a walk out from the master suite! Decorated with unique coastal decor & a perfect floor plan for families & couples. Quiet location between Signal Hill Gulf Course & the Gulf of Mexico. Ample parking in private driveway. 1 minute walk to beach. Cozy home w/ pool! Side A

Gorgeous well stocked duplex just steps from the beach! This unit is great for the family trip to the turquoise waters and white sandy beaches of the Emerald Coast. When you aren't at the beach, take a swim in the pool in the back yard. This home is a 7 minute drive to Pier Park and 8 minute drive to Rosemary Beach / 30A. 2 Bed / 1.5 Bath. This unit shares the pool area with it's identical twin (unit B). Each unit has their own private back deck with grill and outdoor dining table.

Nestled in the heart of Thomas Drive, minutes from Schooners (#1 beach location with a cannon blast sunset celebration every evening) marinas, state park and of course the beach is just a brief walk (about 90 yards)right across the street with crosswalk. Private backyard with grill and outdoor tiki hut shower. Three full showers and beach shower out front. Gulf breeze Townhome| 1 mile to Beach

Perfect getaway for families. This townhouse is in Palm Cove, a secure gated community,which is less than a mile from the public beach access with free parking available. The community has two pools. Quick access to all of the attractions! Shipwreck Island Waterpark & Rock'it Lanes is within walking distance. Pier Park and Miracle Strip are 4-mile trip away via Back Beach Road. Frank Brown Park is only 5 miles away. There are three golf courses within two miles.
