Casa Tota - Heritage home with a Pool in Assagao

Casa Tota is a Portuguese style house that is approximately 150 years old. It has been lovingly restored and is furnished comfortably. There is a central courtyard, which houses the kitchen and dining areas and a decorative water feature in the middle. There are 3 double bedrooms with en-suite showers. All bedrooms have air-conditioning and ceiling fans. The third bedroom can be configured as a twin room on request.There is also a lovely garden area with a shallow private pool in the back yard.

The great thing about my place is its location. A two minute scooter ride gets you to either of the two main beaches in the area : Palolem and Patnem. The apartment is surrounded by palm trees, well ventilated and full of natural light. Being on the 3rd floor it has three balconies that look out onto the tree tops directly in front. It is spacious and furnished for comfort. Nice eateries and grocery shops are close by as well.

Bungalow Plumeria is located in a quiet corner of South Goa. It's less than 500 steps from Cavelossim Beach, one of the best beaches in Goa. Restaurants and supermarket are also all within walking distance. The bungalow has a large shared swimming pool steps from its verandah.
