Only 2 minutes walk to the light rail station (Bloomfield Stadium), with a train directly to Tel-Aviv City. The apartment is on a shared roof of the building (4th floor, no elevator), next to other apartments, but located at the end so more isolated and privet, and with a cute balcony outside to look at the view. To use space,i put a comfortable bed that can turn easily to a sofa during the day
