Based on the small island of Kalamos, built out of stone with wooden floors, the house is bright and has amazing views to the Ionian Sea. It has two separate rooms on the top floor, while the kitchen and bathroom are on the ground floor. The kitchen is spacious with an additional bed therein. Internet is fast & reliable (Starlink). Fresh water is provided all year around from the natural spring up in the mountain. The house is surrounded by olive trees and is perfect for couples and families.

The house is located in Spartochori, Meganisi,Lefkas. This is a quiet family house located at the entrance of the village. It is newly renovated, decorated with paintings, flowers and seashells. It has stone walls that offer unique insulation from the heat and a fireplace to keep warm, a large terrace, private parking, a beautiful view of the sea and a large garden with lots of flowers. The village shops are a five minute walk from the house and the nearest beach is a 2 minute drive.

Σας περιμένουμε με μεγάλη μας χαρά στο πλήρως ανακαινισμένο διαμέρισμα μας (ανακαίνιση 2023)στην καρδιά της Πρεβεζας ειδικά για να σας φιλοξενήσουμε!!Για μας η άνεση είναι εξίσου σημαντική με την αισθητική,για αυτό έχουμε φροντίσει όλες τις λεπτομερειες ώστε να φιλοξενούνται έως και 4 ενήλικες!!Η τοποθεσία του είναι τόσο κατάλληλη που εξυπηρετεί ολες τις επιθυμίες σας με τα πόδια!Σας προσφέρει την ξενάγηση στα σοκάκια της πόλης αλλα και το απέραντο γαλάζιο στην παραλία!!!!!!

Η V. Rustic Villa ειναι ενα σπιτι που εχει κήπο 2 στρέμματα και εκπληκτική θεά .. Θα αγαπήσεις όπως και εγω τη τοποθεσία . Επειδή σεβόμαστε τη φύση έχουν γίνει πολύ μικρές αλλαγές . Θέλαμε το σπίτι να σας δώσει οτι και σε εμάς , ηρεμία , χαλάρωση . Αν θέλετε να ηρεμήσετε και να χαλαρώσετε τότε θα αγαπήσετε το σπίτι μου . Είναι ιδανικό για 2-4 άτομα, για αυτούς που θέλουν να ξεκουραστούν και να ξεφύγουν από τους γρήγορους ρυθμούς της πόλης .
