Khong Kem - Relax at the Mekong

The Khong Kem Resort is situated in the small village Ban Muang, offering spectacular views on the Mekong. It is about 15km from the bigger village Sangkhom and about 100km from the big city Nong Khai. You get to enjoy the ambience, the outdoor space and the surrounding nature. The resort is in a calm and quiet area, ensuring you can enjoy your relaxing retreat in the nature to the fullest. In our house and queenbed rooms, we welcome couples, solo adventurers, families/kids, and big groups.

Mekong Cottage is located by the Mekong River in Chiang Khan, Loei. It is designed by Somluk Pantiboon, pottery artist from Doi Din Dang in Chiang Rai. It's environmental and family friendly property. The house is built with double-bricks locally made, and rendered with mud & straws. High ceiling, lots of doors and windows and veranda stimulate the airflow. Located by the beautiful Mekong River, it is very pleasant and peaceful.
