Pagosa Perfect! Lots of Parking & Hot tub

Centrally located near walking paths and close to the grocery store and many popular restaurants. 2 covered porches, HOT TUB, 2 car garage and a fenced yard. House sleeps 8 and has lots of room for family fun with a main floor living room and upstairs TV room too! Less than a mile to the rec center-with a small fee you have access to indoor pool and gym. Downtown you will find the Hot Springs Resort and San Juan River. Northeast from there is the best skiing in Colorado at Wolf Creek Ski area.

One of the best views in Pagosa while also being a few minutes walk away from everything downtown! Featuring a Jacuzzi bathtub, a fully stocked kitchen, and warm craftsman interior woodwork that make the spacious home ideal to host multiple families, but also cozy enough for a couple on a romantic vacation. Panoramic views over the River, Hot Springs, and the entire Historic Downtown area. Luxury home centrally located but quiet enough to wake up with local wildlife outside your window.

Home Sweet Home 3/2 with Garage

Open, bright & plenty of room for the entire family! This modern home is a perfect pad to come stay and play in. It's right across the street from the PLPOA (private HOA / country club) recreation center. For more information on the rec center along with park trails and lake recreation, you can visit the plpoa website. Besides being within walking distance to a major grocery store and several restaurants, the best skiing in Colorado is only 20 minutes away.
