An original Tsagarada home nestled right in the heart of this beautiful village. The home provides 3 large bedrooms, a delightful kitchen, comfortable living and expansive veranda amongst the trees for relaxing. Centrally located and within short walking distance to all amenities and charms, this village has to offer including the famous main square and Agia Paraskevi. Spoilt for choice drive 15 to 25 minutes to famous beaches like Mylopotamos, Papa Nero, Agios Ioannis and Damouchouri.

Nirvana House, with amazing roof top area

This lovely apartment is located on the first floor of a recently renovated house , in a beautiful area,just next to the church square of the Panagia Limnia church. It has 3 bedrooms,sleeping 5 people, a bathroom, a kitchen and big roof top terrace.The roof top is nice and spacious and is perfect for stargazing the Moon.The Old Port and the Main Street are on a few minutes walking distance.There is a parking area nearby, and the first beach and bus stop number 4 it’s only 5 minutes away.

Exceptionnelle

A beautiful house (90m² on 2 floors) with a view to the old port. Near comodities (bus station, shops, restaurants...) 3 minutes by walk to the port 5 minutes by walk to the sea; this charming house is perfect if you want to spend holydays with your family or with friends in a greek surrounding. In the yard (25m²) you can have dinners... And on the 1st floor there are one balcony and terrasse (6m²)surrounded by the sun and with a view. When the house is rented, nobody share it with you.

Nestled in the old town of Plakes, Skiathos, this home is conveniently located, allowing easy access to not only the best amenities but also the Islands attractions. It’s a homely house with the comforts of a modern home. Upstairs is an open plan living room and dining room leading onto the balcony with a fully equipped kitchen alongside and a guest toilet. Spiros house

Traditional cosy house situated in the heart of Skiathos centre(at the old town which is the oldest and most traditional place), ideal for a family of five. Just one minute away from the famous pillows bars and a few minutes away from the sea! In a very quite neighbourhood very close to the port of Skiathos (400m), the bus stop (number 4, 500m) and 2,5km to the airport. The house has fast internet connection and 43inch smart tv (Netflix, YouTube, Cosmote tv ext)

Unique accommodation located directly on the beach

A rare opportunity to spend your holidays surrounded only by the sea, the mountains, and the peaceful atmosphere of relaxation. No shops, bars, and crowds around, but if you would like to enjoy a night out or shopping, the tourist village of Milina is only a 10-minute drive. Parking is possible in the village 100m from the house, or you can park on the road next to the front gate.
