Villa Mellon - amazing sea view and heated pool

This modern luxury villa has an amazing sea view and a 10,5x4m heated swimming pool with built-in jacuzzi. Located 17 km from historical city of Zadar, it has two floors, each with two bedrooms, modern kitchen and cozy living room with a large terrace in front of the sea and quiet surroundings. Every room has a modern TV and AC unit and the house has beautiful garden and 600 sq/m of open space. Each balcony has an open dining table and there is a large fireplace with lounge set next to the pool.

Villa Coralis With Heated Pool

The brand new luxury designed Villa Coralis with an indoor area of 140m2 and outdoor area of 120m2 can accommodate 6 adults + 2 children (up to 14 years old) in three bright and airy bedrooms which are all with own bathroom (en suite). Swimming pool of 45m2 is heated. Guests have completely privacy and the location is perfect with many features available in the area. Adriatic sea is only 150m away. Villa is very comfortable and amazing for families. Free parking available on site.

Villa 150 m2 ( part of double house); 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, own outdoor swimming pool, Dishwasher, Air conditioning, Washing machine, WiFi Internet, Satellite TV, beach “Babe“ 450 m. 20 minutes to centar. We are located in a peaceful part, not far from the center and close to the beach.
