We stayed in this airbnb for 2N3D. We travelled with little kids and parents. So we had a unique need for a kitchen where we didn't want to feed outside food for our 2 yr old. Here is the overall feedback on the property: 1. This home is a testament to how one could build their vacation home. I would say this could be used as a model home to build a vacation home. One could argue they would have as swimming pool etc , but I would baseline this home as a very good to have and sky is always the limit of what one would aspire for 2. The home had everything that one would look for in a "home". Kitchen is fully equipped with a ton of utensils, plates, crockery etc, washing machine detergent, good number of comforters, well functional ACs, dining table, excellent sofa. 3. The home is super spacious and one would enjoy the space and peaceful living in this area. 4. Chethan(host) is very friendly, he advised me on what things I could take care of while travelling with kids.

We loved our stay at this little gem. Highly recommended for a quiet holiday. 1. Location wise, the home is away from any amenities and off the main road too. It is about a 20 minute walk to the main road through a beaten little pathway, and a 10 minute drive to the local shops. The home neighbours palm tree plantations all around. The home runs parallel to a river, which is perfect for swimming, reclining on the nice comfortable arm chairs and just hanging about. 2. The kitchen has the basic pots/ pans/ ladels/ tableware. 3. We went there mid April, the heat was manageable. But being from Goa, we are more tolerant to high humidity and heat. The bedrooms have a ceiling fan and a pedestal, we opened the windows through the night to cross ventilate the home. They have mosquito nets on all the windows, so that was great. 3. The housekeeper came did a great job tidying up. 4. All communication was prompt was exacting. We had a wonderful relaxed stay here and it was perfect for us.

The place is a very walkable distance from the beach, where you can enjoy the sunsets. The stay was clean and nice and the host Xavier was very helpful, even proactive with our needs and recommendations to get around. Overall our group had a pleasant and peaceful stay. Would surely recommend.

Amazing place to stay. We loved it. The porch swing was a favorite with our kids. Latha was a great host and went above & beyond to make us comfortable and feel at home. We arrived late at night for our check in and she even had a small dinner prepped for us as she knew we had travelled all day getting there. The rental was exactly as described and the location was just perfect. Looking forward to another visit soon !!

A wonderful place to stay and relax. Beautiful and spacious old house converted to a heritage property with all modern amenities. Caretaker Ellamma is very friendly and helpful. She made out check in very easy. All the rooms were perfectly set as shown in the pictures. Padubidri beach is just 2 kms away. One of the most beautiful and well managed beaches I have seen so far. You can easily get transport from the circle nearby. Host is very humble and nice. She even allowed us 1 hour early check in. Got very good food and restaurant recommendations from her. Thank you so much for all your help to made our stay wonderful.

Mayur is an outstanding host! Communication was smooth and prompt throughout. I booked this stay for my friends, and they had a fantastic experience. They were especially happy by the thoughtful gestures and warm hospitality. Everything was exactly as described, and the place was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Exactly as shown in the pictures. While the beach isn’t walkable, it’s only a 10-minute drive away. The location is peaceful, with nearby shops for small essentials. Prasad is a fantastic host—extremely responsive and helpful. He even let us check out over an hour later at no extra cost. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend it!
