An incredible 120 sqm unit at the newer and upscale Century Spire. (Units in this area are usually 27 to 40 sqm, so our unit is triple in size to our competitors). Property has 24 hrs security, fast elevators, has lobby with friendly receptionist. Has Lounge by the swimming pool wherein you can relax. This is my family's home when in Manila. Hence, we are happy to share it with you, and to make you feel home away from home. Parking limit is 15 mins for drop off and pick up only.

You will have access to a kitchen with basic kitchen utensils and cooking pans for extra savings on food. Fiber internet will also be available. No Parking available.
