Luxe two bedroom, two bathroom townhouse a short 50 meter walk from the stunning Gold Coast beach of Northcliffe. Walking distance from the vibrant shopping and restaurants of both Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach, but away from the noisy hustle and bustle. Private access to the Beach House’s courtyard is straight off the street - there is no lift needed to navigate whilst juggling your suitcases and surfboards. Ask me about bringing your furbaby - prior approval required (must be under 15kg).

The property is also close to the popular theme park attractions on the Gold Coast (about a 20 minute drive).

Theme Park Central with a taste of Country

This contemporary country accommodation is situated on acreage only 7 minutes from the Motorway. It is only 7 minutes from Movieworld, Wet and Wild and Australian Outback Spectacular. Dreamworld is a short 12 minutes drive. When at the house you get the feeling you could be a million miles away from everywhere, however you are only a few kilometeres from major shopping centres, trams, trains, themes parks, and the motorway that takes you north to Brisbane or south to Surfers Paradise.

Situated on the quiet side of Tamborine Mountain, tucked into the end of a leafy culdesac, Casa Serena offers spectacular coastal views. The kitchen is the chef heaven, with an abundance of space, storage and quality throughout. There are multiple entertaining areas, inside and outside, offering uncrowded relaxation.

Raymond House is boutique accommodation located on picturesque Tamborine Mountain in the Gold Coast hinterland. Experience the beauty of the region with stunning national parks and world heritage listed rainforests to explore or simply getaway and enjoy the peace and quiet away from your busy life. Raymond House is located just off Main Street close to a range of coffee shops and restaurants. The two bedroom cottage (and study) is great for couples, solo adventurers, and families.

‘Green Door’ Garden flat in a central location.

Welcome to Green Door our homely self contained space that overlooks gardens, pool and park. 5 minutes walk to Chirn Park coffee shops, restaurants, supermarket etc Close to the Broadwater, in walking distance to the bus and five minutes drive to tram and train connection. My self Judy welcomes you to the garden flat .. you will have private access and enjoy the privacy of your own space . The pool is available for guests to use if they wish. We have two chooks and three goldfish.

"The Pinnacle on Lyrebird"

** PEACE amongst NATURE ** Modern architect-designed hinterland holiday home over 2 levels, with views from every room, including the double spa in the bathroom. There is a full kitchen. 2 of the 4 bedrooms are furnished with queen beds, the other 2 bedrooms have single beds with trundles. The property is approximately 1.25hrs drive from Brisbane CBD (1.5hrs from Brisbane airport) and just under 1 hr from the Gold Coast airport. Gold Coast beaches approx. 40mins from the house.

Mountain top home with spectacular views

Beautifully renovated historic Queenslander, situated on top of Mt Tamborine with spectacular views over the Great Dividing Range. This 4 Bedroom house is mountain living at its best. 2 large decks with views that come to life at sunset and a swimming pool with same views. Air-conditioned for summer, log fire for winter... always a comfortable place to be. View video ‘find the perfect place’ on YouTube There is a $150 fee for pets. NO EVENTS UNLESS APPROVED BY HOSTS
