Baan Thip - Beautiful Riverside 4 Beds Pool Villa

Our beautiful villa is a perfect getaway for family and friends. It is equipped with air conditioners, kitchen, work desk, private swimming pool and large green garden. Our family as architects built this place as a holiday home. And now, we want to share it with anyone to come and enjoy their time in Chiangmai. Sleep Tight @ d sign condo (free airport pick up)

Our room is in D Condo Sign, which is only 5 minutes walking distance away (private walk-way available) from Central Festival, the biggest shopping mall in Chiangmai, where you can find all you need including restaurants, a supermarket and a cinema. A 7-Eleven convenience store opening 24 hours is just next to the entrance of the condo.
