Our stay at Barefoot was the best; it was the first time in my life that I had found a cosy place to stay that had everything you could possibly need for a vacation home. I'm impressed with Sarah's performance and her team; nothing matters more to me than a prompt answer from the host. We were really secure. I’m a happy customer that would definitely book the place again.

Our stay at Cathy and Jono’s property exceeded our expectations. Cathy kept checking in on us while we were still on the way since the weather was not so favourable. Upon arrival we were greeted with a warm welcome, she had the heater on for us and gave us a guided tour of their stunning house that is beautifully designed and very spacious. Cathy and Jono went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable. They were just a text/ phone call away whenever we needed something, and this truly made us feel valued as guests. Thank you for being such incredible hosts Cathy and Jono, this trip will always hold a special place in our hearts because of your warmth and hospitality. We cannot wait for our next visit!

Place was exactly as described. A perfect place to rest a mere 10min drive away from Durban central. WiFi was exhausted on day 1 with my 3 children. I like to try new places. But Matt's place is a safe bet so will probably return. High 5 Matt.

Paul and Lee were quick to respond and a pleasure to deal with, also gave great recommendations to nearby restaurants. The house is so cozy and outdoors beautiful and peaceful, just what we were looking for. Would highly recommend and amazing value for money. Will be back.

We checked in Friday afternoon with my family for the weekend. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. The house is exactly how it looks as advertised, great view to wake up too and a walkable distance to the beach. The entire house is well furnished with fresh bedding and towels for us to use. Really an enjoyable place to stay at. The hosts were so friendly enough to let us check out abit later. I would highly recommend this place for everyone ( families and friends).

The pictures dont do just to the place,the home is more beautiful than the pics.The host was so warm & welcoming she made sure our stay was very comfortable She went the extra mile as to provide extra pot & actually even buying a bigger pot for us All bathrooms had shower gel provided

This was an absolutely awesome house to stay in. The reason being, it was a home. With all the amenities for a superb stay. The garden and pool area is simply a sight to behold. Susans attention to detail and her ability to guage what we required, her openness, flexibility and kindness was something we were not expecting. This made our stay extraordinary. My family and I had such a delightful time during our short stay at this beautiful and peaceful cottage. Every detail of the space is so thoughtfully done, it truly felt like a home away from home. My son was absolutely thrilled to be there; his excitement was infectious, and he couldn’t stop dancing with joy! Britt is an exceptional host. She is kind, welcoming, and incredibly professional. We feel so fortunate to have had the chance to interact with her and experience her warm hospitality. This stay will hold a special place in our hearts, and we’re already looking forward to returning. Highly recommended!

Thank you for the stay at your cottage and assistance with the extra fence over the gate it really helped us to relax and feel at home knowing our small dogs could not get out. Our dogs are escape artists. Host is friendly, helpful and attentive. We would happily recommend this to anyone looking for a beautiful getaway in the Durban area.

We really enjoyed our stay and Tracey made every effort to help us including having dog bowls with water when we arrived. it's a lovely space and so easy when visiting family!

The host was very understanding and accommodating to my family and myself when circumstances beyond us hit. That is something no amount of money can cover. The humility and humaneness that of the host will always stand out. The accommodation is simple, clean and offers all the basics for a good stay. We are a family of 4 so the place was adequately sized.

Jon and Wilna were amazing on my stay. They gave clear communication which was amazing and they were so understanding when I was unintentionally wasting their time. The place is perfect cute with everything one needs and the beach is a block away. Was so peaceful and their dogs are the cutest! Highly recommended especially for the price.
