History meets style in this perfectly located downtown spacious 2 bdrm 2 story (2nd n 3rd story) apartment with a full kitchen. The 2nd floor bdrm has a queen bed and an air conditioner, the 3rd floor bdrm is its own private oasis boasting a queen bed, a desk, closet, air conditioner and futon. Note: A third air conditioner has been added on the 2nd floor. A few blocks to downtown, Mile of Music venues, Performing Arts Center, The Expo Center, Lawrence, parks, river trails, and shopping.

And if you're driving, you are only about a half hour from Green Bay or Oshkosh. You will have the entirety of this fully renovated house. 3-4 bedrooms, 2 baths, and lots of extra space. Found it! Ask about using the game room, golf simulator, or pool while you're here too! There's not a FULL kitchen!! Just one burner, and a flat griddle. There's also a microwave and small refrigerator/freezer, but overall, it's a suite. We think you'll LOVE it!
