Homey lower level apartment with private entrance

This living space is in the lower level of our ranch home, which is located in a lovely and quiet safe neighborhood. The furnishings in this area are mostly antique pieces that came from special family members. You may also use the screen porch and patio for relaxing in the spring/summer. You will have a private entrance through the garage so you can come and go as you like. The kitchen is furnished so you may cook. There are also many restaurants close by. Ask us if you need anything!

Steps From Downtown

Yes, you can walk to everything downtown. All the restaurants and bars, the Fox Cities Exhibition Center, the PAC, the museums, Lawrence University, the downtown events, and more. And if you're driving, you are only about a half hour from Green Bay or Oshkosh. You will have the entirety of this fully renovated house. 3-4 bedrooms, 2 baths, and lots of extra space. Tons of original character, hardwood floors and clawfoot tub. Fully stocked kitchen. Driveway will comfortably park 5-6 cars.

Single Family Home steps to Downtown.

This Charming Home is only 5 blocks to Downtown Appleton with a fenced in yard. (1 friendly dog allowed, no cats please). Downtown Appleton offers many restaurants, boutique shops with one of a kind clothing and items, The Performing Arts Center, bars and coffee shops. You are approximately 8 blocks from the river that has walking trails and 28 miles to Lambeau Field. PLEASE READ: the driveway is shared with house on back of lot and fits 2 cars or a small SUV. No TRUCKS will fit.

Welcome to The Blue Bungalow! Located in the heart of downtown Appleton and close to Lawrence University, our home welcomes you with 3 bedrooms (king + queen + twin beds), modern furnishings, a fully stocked kitchen, huge bathroom, gas grill and outdoor patio area. The cozy living room has a comfortable couch, decorative fireplace, and large TV. Our neighborhood is quiet, walkable and just minutes from everything in Appleton and only 30 minutes to Green Bay and 20 minutes to Oshkosh.

Situated 8.5 mi E of Appleton, 30 mi NE of Oshkosh, 30 mi SW of Green Bay (only 20 mi to Lambeau Field!), and 60 mi NW of Sheboygan/Kohler.

Cozy downtown Appleton home close to everything Appleton has to offer!! Within walking distance to Farmers Market, Fox Performing Arts Center, restaurants and within 30 minute drive to world famous Lambeau Field home of the Green Bay Packers!! Enjoy the tranquil backyard with one of the biggest maple trees in the city, enjoy vintage artwork and spin classic vinyl in the music room.
