Near the Kimberly YMCA and on transit bus line. 5 miles from downtown Appleton. This home is pet friendly with a fenced in backyard. Take the shuttle from Tanners (walking distance) for a low fee upon signup to the Green Bay Packers Stadium! Kayak rentals or water floating mat, available upon request.

Comfy camper

Enjoy our home away from home when we're home! Queen size bed and a bench seat table that converts into a double bed. Camper features electricity, a tv, and propane heat. The camper is in our backyard and guests will have access to our patio with cedar swing, charcoal and gas grills, outdoor dining space, and a full size hot tub. There is a toilet and sink in the camper, but they are not operational. Bathroom in adjacent house offered for use.

Appleton Home is a walk-out ranch on the river with the lower level set up like an apartment, you can walk around the back and enter in the lower level back door all by yourself or just come to the front door when we are home to welcome you into our home. Summer is like a resort with heated pool, hot-tub, out-door fire place. 25 Minutes from EAA or 25 Minutest to the Green Bay Packer Stadium and have great shopping and Performing Arts Center
