The Orchard House

**A devastating freeze in October 2020 killed all 400 of our sweet cherry trees and many of our peach trees. Sadly, our orchard is not the lush green jewel it once was. We are planting new cherry trees in the Spring of 2022. While the orchard views have changed, the Orchard House continues to offer a very comfortable place to rest and recharge. Come enjoy fresh air and quiet whether you are stopping through on a road trip or staying longer for local adventure. Fast WiFi for telecommuting!

Best View - Ouray & Amphitheater

100+ 5 star ratings in a row. Property is one of the highest properties on the west side of the town of Ouray overlooking the city of Ouray & the Amphitheater. Separate downstairs apartment with 2 Bedrooms (1 King/1 Queen)/1 Bathroom. Quiet and secluded private deck. Close to Main Street & restaurants (< 10 minute walk) & the hot springs pool (<15 minute walk).There are 2 tvs & Dish hoppers. No cleaning fee. Winter Visitors (Typically Mid November–Mid April)– 4WD or AWD highly recommended.

Spacious custom 4 bedroom home in Ouray County

Bring your family! Beautiful home with open floor plan, deluxe master bedroom, and luxurious master bath. Located between Ouray and Ridgway, it is the perfect location for all of your vacation desires; the best for hiking, climbing, biking, jeeping, skiing; really, any outdoor activity. Mount Abram is down the valley from the back patio, a lovely sight. Corbett Peak is seen while looking out the kitchen nook. Every day the view is different. Super fast fiber internet! Mountain Vista House

Our contemporary cabin is located 10 minutes (6 miles) from the town of Telluride. We are 2.7 miles form the Town of Mountain Village Gondola parking structure. The Gondola is a fun, free ride to town. There is also an extensive trail system for hiking, biking and running that can be accessed from within the neighborhood( maps in binder) Please read this before requesting to book, ESPECIALLY if booking during winter months (Nov-April)our property may not be for everyone...

Beautiful rare one-story mountain retreat 9000 ft elevation perfect for all age groups. Breath taking views of Castle Rock, Twilight, and Needles mountain ranges. It comes with a few rare gems for the area, such as high speed internet 40M/5M, only 2 miles from world class Purgatory Ski Resort, and radiant floor heating system great for cold winter night. 1889 Victorian Cottage

Updated in 2018, this quaint 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath home is perfectly located only one block from Main Street on the south end of town near the Ice Park and Box Canyon Falls. The home has a 50" Smart TV, wireless internet, a ready to cook-in kitchen and a washer and dryer for guest use. The house also has a huge grassy yard, views in all directions, and plenty of parking for jeeps, truck and trailer combo, etc. The house has 2 bedrooms and sleeps four guests.

Great 3 bedroom in River Park!

Updated and cozy in town 3 bedroom home. Spectacular views all around. Short walk to Uncompaghre river trail, restaurants and shopping. Two large porches and great upper deck with awesome views of the Sneffels range. Fenced in backyard. The back porch has a charcoal BBQ for you to use. There is internet TV, but no cable. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, etc. The pantry has some canned goods, spices that you are free to use as needed.

Entire Silverton home w/ garage & bike tools!

~~~ Silverton Adventure House ~~~ Built in 2011, this is the perfect base for your next visit to the San Juan mountains! Radiant in-floor heat ensures a cozy stay. There is a small garage that is heated and includes a workbench with ski tools and space for gear storage. We welcome all Silverton visitors and will do our best to help you have an amazing stay! This is the Powderhouse, the ultimate basecamp for your Ouray vacation and adventures! This cute and cozy mountain home is only a half block from Ouray's Main Street and two blocks walking distance to the Box Canyon Falls and the Perimeter Hiking Trail. Once a home to your hosts Dan and Angela, the Powderhouse has been transformed into their perfect guesthouse that is 100% Ouray! - Dogs are welcome (only 2 at a time) no cats please.
