Highly recommend! The house had beautiful views, was very clean, and felt like home. We’d definitely stay here again. The view from the hot tub is one of the best I’ve ever experienced. Rhonda And Todd’s very communicative and helpful.

Amazing views, easy access. Really enjoyed our Colorado excursion. There are great places to eat and close to Durango. Really enjoyed the local music and food at the adjacent bar and grill. We were really comfortable and really appreciated the clean bedding.

It was a lot smaller than we expected but for 2 people it’s fine for 1 night. Exceptionally clean which was much appreciated.

Karen’s condo was perfect for us. It was walking distance to the lifts and everything else. Our son went to the fitness center every morning and throughly enjoyed the equipment and facilities. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Definitely recommend it for your next visit to Purgatory.

The room is perfect for a couple or small family and also stocked with many things that not all places provide. Access to the golf and pool/jacuzzi was very nice. Quiet was also notable.

Great views, great space super easy and relaxing . One thing is we didn’t know how to use the stove.

We booked this villa to accommodate family while they were in town for our Mother's 70th B-day/family reunion. Our motley crew is generally difficult to please, so it's a bit remarkable to report that we truly enjoyed our stay here! We loved the vaulted cielings, well stocked kitchen/linens, HCA bathroom, and we were particularly impressed with the acoustics of the place. The traffic sounds from the main street were quite minimal, and one could close a bedroom door and barely hear the kiddos who are still discovering volume control. Big thumbs up here! The big open kitchen/dining room (with the island) lent itself well to preparing big family meals. The location grants easy access to great restaurants, boutiques, and food markets -much of which is within walking distance. As an older building, there are a few signs of wear and tear, so I wouldn't reccomend it to someone who wants a totally "Pristine" experience. However, it suited our needs perfectly, and Mark was very responsive.

This was absolutely perfect. The kitchen had more than what I thought. It was open and updated. Loved the bathroom to the master bedroom with the rain shower. Multiple balconies. The back balcony had the best view. We were able to walk to the Purgatory Resort to do the summer activities, take a break and eat lunch, then walk back. Same with the gym and pool. Everything was easy. Fit my family perfectly (2 adults, 2 teens, 1 toddler.) We are excited to come back.

I would definitely recommend this house! It is in a great location and has wonderful amenities. Having the restaurants, pool, and hot tub in the neighborhood was great for our family. The 3 full bathrooms were a bonus! We would stay here again!

Views were incredible. Lots of room for our 6-person family. Cooked breakfast and dinner in the unit each day. Indoor and outdoor hot tubs felt great after a long day skiing. Short shuttle ride to the mountain was very easy. We’ll be back!

This rental was perfect for our spring break ski trip! Location was great! So easy to walk to the slopes and the base/lodge/resort amenities. The unit was just as described with plenty of extra blankets/bedding, towels and tons of hooks - so helpful for alllll the ski gear. Lots of extras in the kitchen!

The Bear Cave was very clean, cozy, peaceful and comfortable! Kate was an exceptional host and shared helpful tips for our stay.

The location is very convenient, allowing kids to ski in and out with ease. The added convenience of a ski butler service delivering equipment right to your door is a great touch. The hotel’s shuttle drivers are all exceptionally patient and courteous. The rooms are spacious, clean, tidy, and very comfortable.

Excellent location, space was perfect for our group 7. Everything was clean, well furnished and as described. Can’t say enough about the staff at the building, their service/helpfulness, and the amenities provided. Highly recommend and would most definitely stay here again.

Madison was such a wonderful host! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at her property. She had the home fully-stocked with everything you could possibly think of, making it truly a “home away from home” for us. The property was extremely clean, spacious, and conveniently located near everything we wanted to do during our stay. Highly recommend!

Great location and lovely updated home. Extremely check-in and love that we were able to get right in once we arrived. Bedrooms are great size and plenty of room for our family of 4. Kitchen has everything you need and all brand new appliances. Love the family room/den, another great space for all to relax after full days of adventuring. Having a garage was a huge plus so we could store our bikes. Neighborhood was quiet. So much to do in and around Montrose. We will definitely be back!

It's a fantastic place to stay. The house was fully stocked with useful items and the neighborhood was amazing. We would stay there again in a heart beat.

The place was as advertised and very accurate. Well stocked and had more than we needed. Very thoughtful setup and sounded like more was coming even though though the place was great as is. Pet friendly and clean. Host was responsive through stay and easy to talk to. Overall we would consider it again if in the area.

I really enjoyed my stay in this space the view was gorgeous! I had what I needed and the simplicity of the space was great! Coal was my favorite I still miss that sweet kitty!
