This quiet, quality and discreet property lies on a single private large land plot of 2.300 m2, situated in the prestigious “Aristotle University of Thessaloniki Teaching Staff’s Summer Resort” (in Greek «Οικισμός Καθηγητών Αριστοτελείου Πανεπιστημίου Θεσσαλονίκης»), in Vourvourou. Just 120 km from Thessaloniki downtown (90΄ drive). It has undergone complete refurbishment and renovation in 2022. The property is also available for season or yearlong renting upon request. There is a self check in system allocated at the location. You will be provided with all the needed information prior to your arrival.
