We will start the tour from your own accommodation in Ourika valley and visit a Berber family. So, if it is day market which is an eye-opening experience and it is very different from the touristy markets of Marrakech! We will be able to explore it. We then continue on to the beautiful valleys of the High Atlas Mountains, water falls and stopp to see different landscaps. This trip will let you see something of Morocco beyond the very particular nature of Marrakech.
Full Day Guided Trek Depart From Imlil
Come with me or with my Friend Lahcen to discover all most popular treks .Meet in Imlil (1,740m), set in the upper level foothills of the Western High Atlas mountains, a main trailhead with streams and paths branching out in all directions. Here you will leave your vehicle to take a welcome glass of mint tea in the village and chat with you prior to setting out for some 15kms excursion. towards the south to the Berber village of Azzaden valley via Tizi Mazik Mountain pass 2489m, passing the hamlets of Arghen, Mazik, up and down the stark slopes, the jagged Western High Atlas peaks of the Toubkal Massif before us - Jbels Aguelzim (3,547m), Aksouâl (3,847m) and the Adrar Adj (3,122m) watching us all the way.There will be a stop at Tizi oussem village to visit this rather singular village in the Assif Aït ouazzaden Valley, built seemingly house upon house on a large moraine spur, overlooking ancient irrigated terraced fields of barley, corn and vegetables and always surrounded by almond and walnut trees. The trek then continues for another half hour until the stop for the lunch it can be an option which my be served among a berber familly in the village of Idissa. After lunch you set off back .
Mount Toubkal Trek - Depart From Imlil
Come with us to challenge yourself and climb the highest peak in North Africa in 2 days. The tour starts and finishes in the Imlil Centre and includes Guide for two days . We will trek with an experienced local Guide , a local cook and mules to carry our luggage. It’s a challenging walk rather than a climb, and anybody in good physical condition can reach the top. Make sure you bring your camera; the views from the summit are spectacular. Mount Toubkal 4167m is the highest peak in North Africa, and is a trekking peak involving no climbing two days involve walking in crampons holding an ice axe for security (Nov to April ) . The itinerary has been designed for keen walkers, as the ascent is non-technical, but involves some easy scrambling and snow slopes. Day 2 Mount Toubkal is the highest mountain in North Africa, reaching 4167m at its peak. Your ascent will take two days and culminate in a spectacular and stunning view of the Atlas Mountains and the Toubkal National Park. Toubkal Refuge (base camp) - Toubkal peak – Imlil -Marrakech Early in the morning you make your attempt on the summit of Jebel Toukbal, the highest peak in Northern Africa. Your route takes you up the south cirque, crossing the stream above the refuge. The walking is relatively straightforward, but the scree and the altitude will make the going quite difficult in parts. The views along the way make the journey more than worthwhile. When you reach the summit you will see that the vistas across the surrounding landscape are quite breathtaking. From here there are unrestricted views in every direction, from the Marrakesh Plain to the High Atlas in the north and as far south as the Anti-Atlas and the Sahara. You will retrace your steps when you return down the mountain and head back towards Imlil. Transfer back to Marrakech. About 9 to 10 hours walking.

Excursion a la Valle d'Ourika depuis Marrakech
Excursion a la vallée d’ourika c’est en longeant la rivière de l’Ourika que vous pourrez admirer de magnifiques panoramas du Haut Atlas. C’est une des excursions les plus sollicitées depuis Marrakech. Départ : 9h à votre Riad ou votre hôtel à Marrakech. Sur la route, vous verrez des champs d’oliviers et les paysages de montagnes défileront sous vos yeux à partir du village de Tnine Ourika, reconnu pour son marché chaque lundi, où nous marquerons une halte. Vous traverserez ensuite bon nombre de villages berbères, d’impressionnants ponts afin d’arriver au village de Setti-Fatma, le point de départ à pied marquant la fin de la route du Tarmac. Nous irons manger ensemble dans un restaurant local avant de commencer à le trekking vers les cascades. N’oubliez pas de bonnes chaussures et votre maillot de bain entre avril et novembre ! Le retour à Marrakech est prévu pour 17h. Au retour, vous aurez également la possibilité de vous arrêter dans des villages traditionnels et pourquoi pas pénétrer dans une maison berbère typique, où habituellement, un père de famille vous accueillera chaleureusement et vous invitera à boire un thé à la menthe ainsi qu’à découvrir son propre maison.

We'll go to hike in the Atlas Mountains. First we start by crossing the locals gardens of fruits trees and local villages and then we will escalate the mountain to reach a breath taking summit that offers a unique and unforgettable view. The activity can be done on feet but we can also offer mules to help. Once in the summit we take time to rest, to meditate, enjoy the view and memorize with some nice pictures.

Depart de votre hôtel a 8H30. Nous faisons un premier arrêt a la region d'asni afin d'admirer la vue panoramique de cette magnifique région depuis une des terrasses des restaurants cafés au bord de la route vers la vallée. Ensuite nous nous dirigeons vers la region d'imlil pour commencés notre trek qui va dure 3 heures de la marche dans la région avant de faire visiter une enceinte maison Berber pour déjeuner C'est une maison ancienne qui reprend toutes les caractéristiques de l'architecture originelle amazighe, puisqu'elle possède un "grenier à blé" et un "bain traditionnel". bâtiment contient un balcon ou la position haute qui surplombe ce qui l'entoure, et il est connu dans l'architecture berbère et pour l'enseignant ou l'ingénieur, je suis que lors de la construction de la maison, et c'est une plate-forme dans le bâtiment qui surplombe son un environnement surplombant la région d'Imlil et offre aux visiteurs et aux amateurs de photographie des photos souvenirs, ainsi que de boire du thé et de profiter de la belle nature... Cette maison est maintenant considérée comme une maison célèbre dans la région et est visitée par les touristes locaux et internationaux .Apres le déjeuner nous continuerons notre expérience avant de vous rendre a votre lieu de résidence a Marrakech

From Marrakech Full Day Atlas Mountain imlil Tour & Camel
The tour begins with pickup from your hotel in Marrakech in the morning and heads south through the Plains of Haouz towards Asni, which lies at the base of the High Atlas Mountains. Arrive at the first stop of the day, an Argan oil cooperative, and learn about the fascinating process of producing Argan oil from start to finish. After your introduction to the world of Argan oil, the tour continues south, passing by the Kasbah Tamadot which was once part of the Virgin Empire and is now a luxury retreat. Arrive at the second stop of the day, Imlil village, and enjoy a 2-hour mountain trek through the surrounding landscapes with an expert guide. Alternatively, you can rent a mule for the trip. Along the way, marvel at stunning waterfalls and breathtaking views, as well as stopping by local Berber villages and the hamlets of Ait Mizan, Targa, and Imoula.
