Pop up your tent and enjoy nature on this open space near Lake O’ of the Pines! Boat ramp access down the street! Quick drive to town of Avinger, Gilmer, Longview and Daingerfield State Park! Camping area has access on both Pleasant Hollow Drive and Navajo Drive. 3 steps are on Pleasant Hollow Drive side because the property is on a hill. Primitive site-there is no electricity or water. Just ask to pack out what you pack in. Signal is not very strong in the area so I suggest you pre-download.

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Lots of wildlife from deer to turkeys. Minutes from one of the top crappie fishing lakes in the USA. Quaint local Country Store 2 miles down the road. There is a pool table, home cooked meals, a little gambling machine, and free TV there. They have a large selection of beers and some wines. It is BRING YOUR OWN TENT situation. The owner, Mike, lives in a yurt on the property too. He is a GREAT chef if you want to pay extra for him to cook!
