Cosy flat just a few steps away from the Battistini's stop on the underground "Line A", ideal for reaching the major attractions of the Eternal City in just a few minutes. The Vatican and its museum, Piazza di Spagna and the entire center of Rome, Termini with all the connections to the cities of Italy can be reached easily and quickly. Three double rooms, two bathrooms, living room with kitchen and a large outdoor area will make you feel at home.

Stazione FL3 per il centro e Parcheggio recintato

Una verde oasi in città priva di rumori, con un ampio terrazzo soleggiato e 400 metri di giardino. Il parcheggio è recintato e chiuso da un cancello. Il treno metropolitano FL3 è a 400 metri e ha stazioni di collegamento con le altre metro (A e B) per giungere a Fontana Trevi, Colosseo etc. Giunge in 20 minuti a San Pietro, in 25 minuti a Trastevere . I bambini dispongono di altalene, cavalluccio e porta di calcio.
