Nestled among Hemlock trees & steps from a 30 ft waterfall is our cozy A-frame cabin. Sitting on 33 private acres connected to state land, enjoy waterfall views while sipping coffee in front of the fireplace. The casita was intentionally designed to feel like a home away from home. In summer, cool off in the waterfalls & private streams, in autumn take in the stunning foliage & in winter ski/snowboard at Belleayre (25 mins away). Alder Lake & the Pepacton Reservoir fishing are a 10 min drive.

Oaks Creek Guest Cottage

This brand new country farmhouse overlooks Oaks Creek with stunning rural views, yet is only 2.5 miles from Cooperstown and 1.5 miles to Cooperstown Dreams Park. A cathedral ceiling first floor, open floor plan kitchen and common area (with gas fireplace and flatscreen TV) adjoins a full bath with tiled shower and two bedrooms, each with a queen bed. Cabin Clack is a quiet, stream-side retreat bordering 1000 acres of wild trails in NY State Forest. The cabin is a historic hunting cabin from circa 1935. The cabin is good for a couple, solo adventurers, or families (with kids). We welcome pets, and they will love exploring the secluded forest and the freedom of our virtually traffic-free dead-end road. There is a spring fed pond you can swim in.

Our decor is an Adirondack theme. Log bed, knotty pine. ceiling lighting and windows for natural brightness. Quiet, warm, relaxing. A large pond to enjoy, sitting by with a good book or watching the wildlife. We have a cobblestone firepit to enjoy during the evening surrounded by seating.
