Rent these 5 bedroom 4 bath houses for your next vacation. House sits on top of a hill and has breath taking views, amazing sunrises from the master suite and sunsets from the great room. Home has octagon shape great room with open timber ceiling, large indoor fireplace. Very large and great kitchen for your cooking. Studio has a projector style TV 100 plus inches. Red House/game room with additional 3 queen log beds, full kitchen and bathroom, laundry etc. This home has beautiful open timber.

Log Cabin in the Country

Outdoor space with hot tub and un heated pool. All of all 3 upstairs bedrooms ( 1 queen bed, 1 with a bunk + 1 double bed, and 1 loft room with queen ), 2 full baths one with washer and dryer, kitchen & living room spaces. You are the only reservation in the home. Lots of hiking and quiet space, yet close to the village (10 min.) and the city of Oneonta (30 min.) or Cooperstown (45-60min). Play or rest.The hosts may be in residence however the owners presence is negotiable on request.

Emmons Hill Escape

The house is an updated, open concept, contemporary style. Quiet and in the woods; yet close to everything. Enjoy the beautiful stars while sitting in the hot tub or around the fireplace in the outdoor living room. Located just 10 minutes (7.6 miles) from the All Star Village and 20 minutes (15 miles) from the Dreams Park. The house is located .5 miles from the nearest grocery store and close to all the local restaurants and amenities. We welcome people from all backgrounds.

The Ultimate Lake Home. HUGE Floating Trampoline!!

A premiere lake front home on Otsego lake; Cooperstown's perfect multi-family vacation home! 10 minutes to downtown Cooperstown, Hall of Fame and restaurants. 15 minutes to Dreams Park and 30 minutes to All Star Village. Unwind: enjoy the hot tub, sauna and steam bath, relax in the hammock. Take to the lake: swim, fish, boat, kayak. Otsego is the region's BEST lake! Safe and easy car parking for you and your guests. Docks are in June 1st to Sept 1 and sometimes longer.
