Relax and enjoy this treetop studio, by an 8-acre meadow. The space includes a king-sized bed, cozy living room, fully-equipped kitchen, dedicated workspace, washer and dryer. Activites include hiking trails, ski resorts, berry/apple picking, and good restaurants for year-round fun. Nearby towns include Delhi, Bloomville, Bovina, Stamford, Andes, Oneonta, and Cooperstown. Perfect for a weekend (or longer!) getaway! 32.5 miles from Cooperstown Dream Park for baseball/ 45 minutes travel .

The Lily Pad

If you want to experience nature, our homestead has a separate one room king bed cottage, with a front porch, between 2 ponds. A private full bath is 25 steps away (attached to our home for plumbing purposes). Enjoy the serenity of the ponds and birds. The cottage is insulated, heated, has electricity,Wi-Fi, and a smart tv to be used with your own accounts. Fishing pole provided. The cottage is separated from our home by a garage. We leave guests uninterrupted unless they want/need anything.
